Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged upon delivery or not delivered from our side.
• The return request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.
• The product is in its original condition with tags intact.
• The hygiene of the garment remains as it was delivered.

Upon receiving your returned product at our warehouse, we will personally verify its condition. Only after successful verification will your return request be processed, and a refund will be initiated.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if:

• The product you received is damaged or incorrect over the requested one(e.g., wrong color or size).
• The exchange request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.
• The product's tags are still attached.
• The hygiene of the garment is maintained.

After receiving the exchanged product at our warehouse, we will personally verify its condition. Once verified, we will process the exchange and send you the correct item.
