Nezuko San, 200Gsm, 90% cotton - 10% lycra, machine washable, cold wash would be best, reverse the tee before using a brush over it.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  
• Other locations: 4–7 business days
  

Delivery times may vary slightly during high demand periods or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders. A small advance payment may be required to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the order to us. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  
• All tags must be intact
  
• The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at support@thesenpaistore.com with your order number and issue.
   
2. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
   
3. Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.
   

Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns for refunds unless the product received is:

• Damaged
  
• Defective
  
• Incorrect item received
  

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
